Due to possible cases of fire in buildings in society, the responsible public agencies determined, by decree in order to prevent and combat the possible cases of fire, that all buildings, except single-family homes, need to have a fire protection and fire prevention project, after the project is approved and executed according to the technical standards of execution, the property obtains the AVCB (Fire Department Inspection Report) claiming that the building has the necessary equipment to fight in case of fire. In this work a project was developed and the demonstration of how a civil engineer develops a fire prevention and fire prevention project of a horizontal condominium located in the capital of the state of São Paulo, which items the responsible person must pay attention to and study in order to Adapting the property to the parameters of the current decree, taking into account the damage and dangers that a fire can cause, studying ways to avoid and extinguish it is of great importance. Thus, it was studied what procedures the responsible civil engineer must take into account to elaborate the project of protection and fire fighting of a building classified as horizontal condominium in order to obtain the hydrant system exemption and obtain the AVCB. |
