With the increase in the competitive scenario between organizations, several concepts of maintenance management have become the strategic base for increasing competitiveness and seeking continuous improvement in their processes and systems, aiming at effective asset management and reduction of their costs. The maintenance area must guarantee the availability, reliability and installations of the company's equipment when the need arises for production. In this context, the objective of this research is to present proposals for maintenance planning and control. The difficulties faced by the company with high rates of unplanned failure led to the need to reformulate the whole management of the maintenance and management of its assets in order to increase the availability of machinery, to identify and reduce interventions in critical equipment, reduction of costs, improvement of results and greater competitiveness in the market. The present work shows integrations that are possible to implement to increase the reliability of the services provided by the maintenance. The maintenance process was diagnosed to minimize unplanned corrective maintenance. For this, a field research was carried out and a methodology of maintenance planning and control was applied that best adapts to this organization. The methodology studied was efficient and generated significant gains for the company. It is concluded that it is of great importance the management and planning of the maintenance so that one can increase the level of performance of the services provided, controlling costs and managing the performance of the assets of the organization. |
