Educators and schools, especially in early childhood education, face several challenges in their work, due to the need of a well-structured planning, constantly monitored. In addition, there is a great demand of time in the daily filling of each student’s individual agenda. Among the numerous tasks in the routine of these professionals, are the preparation, monitoring of pedagogical didactic proposals, organization of activities, archiving and documentation of materials, and the individual assessment of several factors in the development of each child. It is proposed with this work, to develop a tool in the form of software for mobile devices and to evaluate if its use presents effective results in the organization of activities, pedagogical documentation and in the optimization of the time of educators and schools. As methodology used, the work was divided into several stages, such as: analysis of demands and requirements gathering, prototype projects, construction of user’s interface, test development and adjustments. The entire software project was carried out collaboratively with educators and school management. The solution is made up of academic, pedagogical and communication management tools between school and guardians. The assessment takes place in four case studies. The results indicate an 80% reduction in the time used to fill the daily agenda. In the pedagogical part, it was pointed out that there was a greater facility in the organization, planning, sending and reviewing of materials prepared by educators. There was 100% acceptance of the tool in place of the school paper diary and 90% of users point out that the tool facilitates school-responsible communication. |
