The current world economy the companies are forced to look for alternatives tha make them keep activate and atractive in the marcket. Estudies about the productive process are great ways to reduce costs and otmize the production. The materials flow evaluation in the industry’s layout can show a number os processes problems, such as excesso handdling, interprocess lead times and productions bottlenecks. This present work performed a study of material flows inside a metalworking industry, looking for the best flow configuration to the process of the part PX. From the five configurations considerated, it was possible to observe that the continuous process, using presses with similar velocities optimize the productive of the process. |
