The transformations in the industry due to the search for greater productivity, created a change in the industrial configurations. In this way, the need to seek work with safety and health has been created, so that the workers of the companies can work in pursuit of goals and greater productivity. The objective of this study is to analyze the safety and ergonomics of two sectors of a white line industry located in the southwest of Paraná. The research is based on NR -15 and NR -17. the first one in which it analyzes the ergonomic situation of the reference points of work and the model of work organization, and the second, it is classified as an analysis aiming at norms. In the analysis, the two analyzed sectors are submitted to physical, chemical and mechanical risks, identified as noise, projection of fragments, falls, beats, sharp surfaces, heat burns and gas effect. In addition to the risks of accidents, points were identified as equipment that is installed in inadequate ways and physical effort activities inadequate for the transportation of equipment products between sectors, as there is a stairway path. In this way the work concludes that the two sectors need the attention of the company to seek action on the ergonomic points and safety, and some points are of extreme importance to seek a better working environment and thus making it more productive. |
