In Brazil, the inspection of working conditions in industries was established by Legislative Decree n. 3,724 and later the Laws aimed at this follow-up were grouped in the Consolidation of Labor Laws. In 1978, Ordinance n. 3.214 of Law n. 6.514 approved the creation of the Regulatory Norms for Safety and Occupational Medicine, which remain in effect until today, undergoing some changes over time. One of the obligations of companies, present in several Regulatory Norms is the Preliminary Risk Analysis, which in the company analyzed in this article happens through Work Permission and Workplace Safety Analysis. Due to the need to monitor work safety indicators, an analysis was carried out at a pulp company in Paraná, which currently operates manually with printed forms, which makes it difficult to manage ongoing activities and causes delays in clearance actions. This work aims to develop a digital system to integrate work safety tools and enable the control of activities, in order to obtain quality information, greater speed in releases and consequently greater security in activities. |
