Real time monitoring help helps operation make a more assertive decision, in many cases, reducing costs related to productive process of a mill; Industry 4.0 aims to translate factory sensing through data base for decision making. The present article has as objective the development of monitoring of specific chemical and fuel consume for factory production. For this, the implementation occurred through a BI (Business Intelligence) system and the Cost Controller area trying to demonstrate monitoring information view confronting budget, show specific consume necessary to reach daily goals, in addition to monthly and annual history. The results obtained were speed of information on monitoring for a quick and accurate decision, may it be preventive or corrective, checking out detours that happen in the exact time without the need of historical information to predict current consume, in addition to variable cost saving. In short, it is possible to conclude that Industry 4.0 acts in the interface between factory sensing, budget data and BI (Business Intelligence) tool to acquire consistent information in real time for decision making helping to reduce factory costs. |
