The Brazilian Legislation, through the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), deals carefully with the theme related to occupational health and safety, and assigns functions to the Ministry of Labor, among which stands out the creation of Regulatory Norms (NRs), where Work Permits (PTs) are present. These permissions were created to ensure that the worker, before starting is activities, maps out all risks inherent in that job. As methodology were used exploratory research and case study in a pulp and paper company. At the company where the case study was conducted, work release activities are currently performed manually using printed forms, storing the records in physical files. Safety indicators are fallible and require excessive work by staff. Given this, this article involves to propose a digital platform that make these releases with the aid of mobile device (tablet or smartphone). The main results expected from the pilot area deployment are: reduction of release time, greater online control of activities, reduction of filling and release failures, higher quality of information and increased safety of activities; and virtual location of ongoing activities. |
