This work presents the great challenges that the Human Resources or People and Management area will face with the technological advances that are happening worldwide. Discusses the concepts of people management and its approaches, as well as its relationship with the daily activities of professionals in the people area. It presents concepts that are being debated around the theme. Discusses the obstacles of technological advancement, knowledge and actions to overcome them, based on literature relevant to the theme. The study found that, with the greater demand from companies, for technology, the cost of owning certain software and even Artificial Intelligence has already decreased, facilitating access, in addition to greater fluidity, agility and success in the previously bureaucratic work of HR. As a result of the study, it presents an overview of HR initiatives in the 4.0 concept. |
