This article has as its theme the study of the challenges of human capital management and their impacts on the Industry 4.0 scenario, highlighting the main challenges and the actions that contribute to this process. The main topics addressed were the contextualization of Industry 4.0 and its concepts, key components and principles that derive from these components, human capital, its concepts and fundamental aspects, and especially the challenges of managing this capital within Industry 4.0. At the end of the study, it was possible to observe both challenges associated with the management of human capital and the actions that contribute to this process in Industry 4.0, highlighting the main challenge, in this work evidenced by the attraction and retention of talent, which is directly associated with the motivation of the professional and his development in face of the work needs in the industry 4.0. |
