Road implements are essential in the transport of consumer goods. Companies that propose to manufacture this type of implement must go through a certification process, as well as standardization of the vehicles produced. In this work, a study was made on the necessary steps for the regulation of manufacturers, focusing on the production of implements popularly known as stork trailers. To this end, the rules and regulations were studied in order to obtain the Certificate of Road Adequacy (CAT). For manufacturing, a stepbystep solution was proposed for the selection of a better costeffective structural model. For this, elements such as couplings, axle set, brakes and suspension were also determined following standards. As a result, it was possible to obtain a sequence to be followed, starting from the study of the standards, through the simulation and going to the CAT request. |
