This work consists of proposing improvements to the planning and control process of construction of a company providing industrial services, located in the city of Ponta Grossa / PR, which still did not have a welldefined management system for the progress of its activities. Among the services provided, we opted to focus on the assembly of industrial scaffolding. Therefore, bibliographic research was carried out focused on management methodologies existing in the market, which, aligned with the characteristics of the studied company and its objectives, contributed to the elaboration of its management model. Concepts of project management, production planning and control, and works management guided this research. In this way, the work was able to describe all the proposed procedures for planning and controlling works that the company will be able to follow in its daily life, in addition to listing important indicators extracted in the process. The results were satisfactory since all the objectives were achieved and the company, finally, will be able to count on a welldefined planning and control system for construction. Finally, the work opened doors for new research that will be able to apply the new ideas proposed and measure the efficiency that the processes and indicators propose. |
