This study aimed to analyze the perception of the team regarding the management of teamwork performed by the leader of a credit union located in Palmital – SP. The the-oretical framework was based on concepts about people management, team members' personality, assertive communication, organizational climate and how to lead a team. The research was carried out through a descriptive qualitative methodological ap-proach and, through a case study, a survey type questionnaire was applied. Data anal-ysis was performed statistically. It was concluded, according to the perception of the team members, that the leader demonstrates being able to identify the individual dif-ferences of the team members; promotes good communication with the team and; it is linked with the work environment, taking into account the good organizational climate. |
