This study evaluates the ergonomic condition of the activity to put empty packages in a pesticide filling line in an agrochemical industry in the region of Londrina/PR. Analysis was performed through postural analysis, using the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) methods, and the evaluation of painful areas using the Corlett and Manenica Painful Areas diagram (1980). Data collection for postural analysis was through photographic records, and for the assessment of painful areas, the application of the questionnaire modified by Balbi (2010) was used in employees from different shifts. The result of the postural analyzes showed an unfavorable scenario with an activity stage that involves twisting the back with movement of the legs, a result that was reinforced by the analysis of painful areas. The study also showed the importance of postural assessment in a manual activity, independently of the weight of the material involved in the operation. From the results presented, it was possible to suggest improvements in activities, such as changes in the way the body moves during execution and rest breaks with an ergonomic bench. |
