Resumo: In industrial environments, the monitoring of operating parameters, such as temperature, supply current, power and vibration, of machines and equipments allows for better management of these resources, resulting in increased reliability and optimization of the production processes in which they are inserted. The present work proposes the development of a low cost Data Logger for monitoring the temperature of the frame and the current consumed by three phase induction motors, which are equipments widely used in industrial environments, due to its simplified construction and high versatility. For this, in general, an Arduino Pro Mini board, a printed circuit board, SCT013 current sensors and NTC 3950 thermistors were used. From the collected data, analyzes were developed using descriptive statistics as a tool, in order to validate the functionality and efficiency of the proposed system. The system obtained a set of symmetrical, accurate and low dispersion data, demonstrating that the measurement and storage of current and temperature values had satisfactory results. However, new prototypes must be developed in order to optimize the system layout, seek solutions for radio frequency transmission and implement a collection of vibration parameters.
