This work had as theme an investment analysis. The objective of this paper was to investigate the viability of purchasing land areas under soybean and corn cultivation in the west region of Santa Catarina, in a property with high technological level. In the case study form, this work considers information inherent to a rural property located in Campo Erê - SC. As the economic viability analysis was performed using the application $ɅV€π through the MMIA deterministic approach, considering a pessimistic scenario of land appreciation. The results analyzed show that the project has low economic return and high risk. However, it presents good elasticity when analyzed as sensitivity-related variables. Therefore, the implementation of this project is not recommended. However, further studies are recommended considering other scenarios for greater assertiveness in decision making. |
