This work aimed at analyzing how management inside a financial institution is able to determine the production of employees. The research was carried out through a survey containing the theoretical basis, relating the contextual aspect to the obtained results, which were verified by emphasizing its purpose. Important points which may contribute for the growth or stagnation of production were addressed, among them the importance of human capital, teamwork, commitment and trust in the work environment and in the managers of the organization. Imbalance between management and employees was noticeable where there was fall in productivity. Thus, the importance of maintaining an engaged team in the pursuit of achieving the goals and results of the agency was identified. Given this it was verified that management, in some way, is able to determine the direction of a financial institution production for success or for failure. In the face of the obtained results, one of the most important points to maintain production is the search for a committed team which knows the company, participates in decisions and trusts management. |
