The on-demand individual transport app service, the mobile taxi, has received a lot of attention recently, is increasingly used in cities and can be considered as a sustainable mode of transport. Understanding the determinants of users' intention to use and continue using mobile taxi services is critical to promoting the service. The literature review showed a strong tendency to use these models to explain user acceptance factors. In this research, the extended technology acceptance model presents six constructs directly related to continuity intention: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Subjective Norms, Attitude and Continuity Intention, proposed to investigate the determinants of continuity intention service by its users. Data were collected through the application of an electronic questionnaire, obtaining a sample of 146 respondents, then processed through a quantitative approach based on Structural Equation Modeling, using the Smart PLS 3 software. constructs showed that people with a higher level of education are more likely to use it. The descriptive statistics of the constructs that people with a higher level of education are more likely to use mobile applications. By testing accepted and rejected hypotheses, the proposed theoretical model was accepted for the research context. The intent to continue the use of applications has a significant determining effect, with the intent of use being the main one. It was also possible to demonstrate the importance of each predictor, which influences the entire aspect of intention of customers and future customers, for service providers. In addition to demonstrating the use of this Extended Model in a new context. |
