Resumo: The theme and management of high-performance teams in highly complex projects is a major problem in companies. Achieving simultaneously performance, time, quality and low cost of the teams’ work is practically impossible. Administration psychology tries to contribute to the resolution of these issues since its creation. The debate on this work is extensive and momentarily centered on the methodology of reviewing literature and articles between the use of outsourced teams and teams focused on task and not on company management. The results are feelings of usefulness, loss of identity or procrastination, which are constant challenges for the professional in the field.
