Resumo: The present study had as objective to identify the perception of the collaborators of a Radiotherapy clinic as for quality of life at work (QWL), using Walton's model (1973) and having as discussion eight dimensions that affect the quality of life at work: fair and adequate compensation, working conditions, opportunities for use and capacity development, opportunity for growth and security, social integration at work, constitutionalism, work and total living space and social relevance of life at work. After the application and analysis of the questionnaires, it was possible to perceive that the collaborators answered positively in relation to the (QWL), only four of the thirty-five items applied, being: rewards and partitioning into results, extra benefits, use of technology and incentive that the company makes available, did not reach the level of satisfaction.This research contributed to increase the knowledge of the (QWL) in the highlighted section, by using a model that includes a whole of items discussed. Emphasizing the importance of extending this research to other professionals in the field.
