Resumo: Organizational climate surveys are an important way to measure and verify the interaction between the people who are part of the organizations and their perception of the work, their relationships, the forms of leadership and the physical structure that the organization in which they work. In this sense, the present study makes a survey of the perception of UTFPR Câmpus Pato Branco administrative technicians regarding organizational climate, related to communication factors, institutional image, motivation, recognition, benefits, forms of leadership and interpersonal relationship. The aim of this survey is to characterize the profile of the administrative technicians, as well as to verify the homogeneity formation of the administrative technicians' answers to the proposed organizational climate analysis factors and also to establish the existence of relations between the response groups for the factors of measurement of the organizational climate and sociodemographic variables, such as: gender, training, length of service and levels of technical administrative server. With the survey it can be verified that all the factors presented positive evaluation, for a satisfaction scale of 1 to 5, but that, nevertheless different groups of answers are verified for each factor of analysis and that there is still no relationship between the groups of answers and the sociodemographic variables in which the administrative technician of the studied institution fits.
