Resumo: Companies have increasingly sought alternatives to be able to relate to their customers, making it necessary to devise marketing strategies that are attractive to their future contacts. One of the tools that can help in this regard is Vtiger CRM, which stores relevant data from its consumers, in addition to making it possible to search for new potential customers, known as leads. Thus, using the development tools available, the objective of this work was to implement an integration module for Vtiger CRM, in order to assist in capturing new leads generated through advertising on social networks. The social networks chosen for the development of the integration were Facebook and Instagram, because, in addition to having several potential customers, they belong to the same Corporation, enabling the use the same code base for both systems. The development took place through the incremental model and the phases of this model consisted of: defining requirements; assign requirements to increments; design the system architecture; develop system increments; validate increments; carry out the system design with reuse; validate the system; and finally complete the final system. As a result, the project enabled a new way to capture leads for Vtiger CRM, providing business opportunities with new customers.
