The Mixed Ombrophilous Forest (FOM) or Araucaria Forest is an ecosystem of the Atlantic Forest, represented in the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul and has as characteristic in its vegetation the presence of Araucaria angustifolia (Bertol.) O. Kuntze (Araucária or Pinheiro-do-Paraná). However, this ecosystem is in a high degree of degradation, due to the constant impacts caused by anthropic action over time, and this plant typology is one of the most threatened in the country. With the expansion of population, and industrial, man began to interfere more and more in the environment in order to meet their needs, transforming all biodiversity, this action ends up compromising on the quality of life of all, leaving a warning for the need to conserve this ecosystem. The perception that the human-nature relationship needed to change because of the aggression to the natural environment caused several countries to meet to discuss such problems, in order to seek alternatives to a change of thinking and behavior of society, to demonstrate the importance of preserving the remaining fragments of native forest. Understanding the need to be in balance with nature is important and necessary, and this is one of the great challenges facing humanity. Today most people live in the urban environment, in some cases being in the midst of nature becomes a background, forgetting the importance of this contact, which brings with it memories, colors, smells, and so many other sensations that are important for an internal, physical, mental and external balance, society and the natural environment to occur. Although there are remnants of the FOM vegetation, in some cases difficulties can be encountered that prevent people from entering forest fragments to make a trail or walk and have contact with natural environments. In this context, this work is proposed, with the development of a virtual environment in video format that demonstrates a possible scenario of a fragment of the Mixed Ombrophilous Forest, in the intention of bringing the viewer contact with nature, aiming at environmental reconnection while maintaining nature conservation. |
