To guarantee the quality of life of the residents, the buildings must be designed to ensure acceptable levels of thermal comfort. For this, there are tools that have been developed and are constantly being improved, the aim of which is to determine performance parameters. These tools must have good interoperability with each other, which can be described as the ability to exchange data between applications, in order to smooth the workflow. Through the interoperability between the Revit 2021, Open Studio and Energy Plus software, it is possible to carry out the thermal simulation of housing in accordance with the criteria and requirements set out in ABNT NBR 15575-1. Thus, this study aims to evaluate thermal comfort through computer simulations that interoperate Autodesk Revit 2021, Open Studio and Energy Plus tools, using the gbXML (green building XML) format. The objects of study were a housing of social interest and a high standard. With the data generated through the simulations it was possible to reach satisfactory results for both study buildings, which met the requirements and criteria stipulated by NBR 15575-1 for thermal comfort, where high-end housing showed better results when compared to housing of social interest. |
