Resumo: |
The present study aim to the develop a manuallydeveloped reinforced concrete structural project, which was made analysis of consumption of steel, concrete and carbon dioxide emissions between intern vertical sealing system in ceramic block and drywall, in order to verify if there are advantages in adopting the second. For this purpose, first it was necessary to develop the bibliographic research, facilitating the formulation of a practice search. Thus, assuming an architectural project in relation to a unifamiliar home with two floors with 162 m², the predimensioning and structural dimensioning were carried out based on the two construction methods. There were three case studies, therefore: the first two based on the use of 9x19x19cm bricks – laying them down in their smallest and largest dimensions – and a third on the use of drywall. In the end, carrying out the comparative analysis, it was possible to verify that the drywall allow, as a consequence the reduction of the wall loads, economy of raw materials, such as steel and concrete and also carbon dioxide emissions. In addiction, the entire preparation of this study is based on Brazilian regulations and technical collection that assist in the development of structural projects in reinforced concrete. |
