Information systems have been gaining more and more space in people’s lives, both in their personal and professional lives. Thus, many solutions have emerged to help solve problems, such as in the case of administration, with the so-called Integrated Business Management Systems. These systems allow the storage of data, which can be names, ages, values, etc. The processing of these data allows the presentation of information that helps the user in decision making. This document presents the development of a system that helps in the administration of a condominium, allowing the registration of residents, expenses, reservation of common areas, warnings and fines, to residents. The system also allows residents to access their own module, so they can view the current month’s condominium rate, as well as previous rates. In addition, the system also provides reports and graphs from the data stored by the administrator, which is intended to assist in decision-making. |
