The growing demand for low-cost housing to serve the low-income population forces the construction industry to seek new alternatives. Among the various options, there is the industrialized steel structure. By mean of the design criteria established in standards, rationalization of the structure and habitability standards, this work aims not only at the structural design of laminated steel profiles, but also at establishing a structure that meets the technical requirements for habitability of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program, having an easy installation, reduced labor costs, low waste production and high applicability in the most diverse Brazilian scenarios. |
