The emergence of new technologies has changed the way manufacturing companies work, allowing production processes to be executed with greater agility, flexibility and complexity. However, some professions are going through processes of change and even extinction, with the advent of Industry 4.0. These transformations can result in the formation of unqualified professionals. Considering the need for requalification of these professionals, the lato sensu courses aim to meet the needs of the labor market, providing knowledge and skills to these individuals. Therefore, the objective of this work is verify how technical qualifications related to Industry 4.0 are employed to carry out activities in areas of Administration, Production Engineering and Information Technology in Brazil. The research methodology used is qualitative and applied. Regarding the objectives, the exploratory-descriptive analysis is used. Data comes from secondary sources, through documents from government databases (eMEC), job openings and graduate programs. These data were treated through content analysis, in which the great importance of Big Data and Integrated Systems in companies was observed and, adding to them in graduate studies, the Internet of Things. |
