Resumo: The industry faces new challenges every day to remain competitive with its competitors. To ensure that the production process of a company is reliable, it is necessary to know and monitor it to the point of affirming that the operating parameters are within tolerable limits. Predictive maintenance allows the prediction of equipment failure, and the planning of scheduled maintenance, intervening in a minor way in the production process. With this, the present work has the objective of developing a predictive maintenance system for electric motors, equipment that represent around 70% of the industrial energy demand. Finally, the user can have full knowledge of the operating parameters of their equipment, increasing the reliability and availability of the process.
