The family context in children's literature needs to be worked on and widely discussed today, as our society has undergone profound changes throughout history and we cannot leave that aside, especially with regard to the way the family constitution has been developed with the children. The present study has as main objective to analyze children's works that deal with the family theme, with a fundamental focus on children's literary works that approach the most diverse family backgrounds that we find in our society and its representation. To achieve this objective, specific purposes were defined, such as: analysis of children's literary works: Um Amor de Família by the Brazilian author Ziraldo, The Family Book by the American author Todd Parr and the book É Tudo Família, by the German Alexandra Maxeiner, as well as well as several authors who approach this topic, including Regina Zilberman and Ligia Cademartori and the French historian and scholar Philippe Àries. Based on a bibliographic research, which was of great importance for the development and result of this work. It is possible to understand how important the role played by the family in the life of a child and how important books and stories are in the contribution of concept formation, especially for children who need examples and experiences to understand the society in which they live. is inserted. In order to cooperate with the reflection that is necessary involving the concept of family and considering this fact, we developed this study. |
