Resumo: In the initial establishment of crops such as beans, the supply of nutrients and symbiosis with some microorganisms through seed treatment, it favors the establishment of culture in the field, providing greater yields and improvements in the response of the plant under stress conditions. The objective of this work was to analyze the initial performance of seedlings of different bean cultivars, whose seeds were inoculated with biofertilizers and Trichoderma harzianum aiming at their use in the organic production system. The experiment was installed in a 3 X 4 factorial scheme, with three bean cultivars (ANfc 9, IAC Imperador and ANfp 110) and four forms of seed treatment (Supermagro, T. harzianum, Supermagro + T. harzianum, and the control with ultra pure water), in a completely randomized design, with 4 repetitions for germination test, and 7 repetitions for emergency test. Seed treatment was carried out in the proportion of 80%; 0.05% and 80% + 0.05%, respectively, all with a 1.25 mL syrup for each 50 g of seed per treatment per cultivar. In the control, ultrapure water was used in the same volume of syrup. For the evaluation of the initial development of the seedlings, the variables, germination, emergence of seedlings in pots, emergence speed index (IVE), total length of the seedling, length of the aerial part and root, mass of fresh matter and mass of the dry matter. The data were submitted to analysis of variance and comparison of means by the Tukey test at 5% probability of error. The treatments did not have a positive effect on the germination percentage and emergence speed index of the cultivars IAC Imperador, ANfc 9 and ANfp 110. In the initial performance of the seedlings, treatment with Supermagro was more efficient for the length of the shoot, however for length root, fresh and dry root mass, the control treatment stood out when compared to the other treatments. In the dry root mass, the combination between Supermagro and Trichodermil provided an increase for cultivar ANfp 110. For cultivar ANfc 9, water control stood out, while the other treatments inhibited dry root mass. The cultivar IAC Imperador did not differ between any treatments. Increasing doses of treatments were not used, so the experiment can proceed to test different doses for each combination. The recommendation of products in seed treatment for organic agriculture must be made according to the cultivar used.
