In addition to being relevant for food, it participates significantly in the country's economy. Despite the high consumption in the country, the crops of this legume have been decreasing. What has balanced the balance and supplied the country are the advances in genetic improvement and technologies, increasing productivity per hectare. Important for plant development, even if required in small quantities, micronutrients are increasing the production of several crops in the country. However, micronutrient work on beans is very few. The present work aimed to compile the responses obtained in the literature on the application of micronutrients in the culture of beans in the last 10 years. To carry out this study, the Google Scholar search tool was used. Research was carried out in all languages on the supply of micronutrients in the bean culture. Works for Phaseolus vulgaris L. were identified, as well as experiments with Vigna unguiculata L. were considered for the enrichment of information on the studied subject. For searching, Portuguese words were used whose affiliations are in Brazilian affiliations. The technical terms used to find the materials were fertilization, micronutrients, beans and in specific cases for each micronutrient the name of the element was used, together with beans. As a bottleneck tool, the works carried out in Brazil were chosen. In the last 10 years, it is noticed that the flow of work in the bean culture regarding fertilization with micronutrients is increasing. It is noticeable that the work with the Micronutrients Iron, Copper, Nickel and Manganese are minimal, and in the case of the micronutrient Chlorine they are very outdated. B, Zn and Mo are the micronutrients that present the greatest number of studies, however there are variations in responses for the cultivars. It has been observed in the experiments already developed that foliar and soil fertilization have better results, since the application of micronutrients via seed treatment for the vast majority of researches responded negatively with rare exceptions. Further studies are needed to make this technique feasible in bean cultivation. It is noted that there are few studies with micronutrients in the South and North regions. Apesar do alto consumo no país, as lavouras dessa leguminosa vem reduzindo. 2022-02-22T13:16:18Z 2022-02-22T13:16:18Z 2021-04-26 bachelorThesis VICENTE, Gabriel Jardim.
