Resumo: The most used element for electromechanical energy conversion in the industrial sector is the Three Phase Induction Motor (TIM), due to its consolidated characteristics, such as low acquisition and maintenance costs, robustness and simplicity. Thus, the monitoring of these machines makes it possible to analyze their behavior, to estimate parameters, to identify faults, in order to schedule a programmed stop increasing the process reliability and safety. In order to carry out the monitoring, a system with eight channels was developed, which are used to measure three-phase voltages and currents, as well as two other variables of the three-phase induction motor. The current signals are measured using current transformers, where each of them has a signal conditioning, in order to adjust the value of the amplitude of these signals that will be inserted in the microcontroller. The voltage signals are derived from a potential transformer. A Microchip microcontroller PIC32MX695F512H is used in this work, whose function is to acquire the signals coming from the sensors through an A / D converter and store them in an external RAM (23LCV512H) memory. Finally, this data is sent to a transceiver (Lan8720), that encapsulates, addresses and sends it via the TCP / IP protocol to a microcomputer.
