This paper presents a tool that provides an analysis and optimization of maintenance in the MITs (electric motors of induction). The tool was implemented in a graphical interface, using criticality classification techniques and maintenance indicators. Was held acquisition of real data (case study) in the industry. The result was a global analysis and a specifies to each MITs, based in operating data and maintenance costs, it was also proposed a change in the maintenance technique, in those that analysis indicates that the technique is not satisfactory. |
