Resumo: Industrial processes have huge importance and highlight in the economic scenario. The extent to which become more complex and dynamic, it is essential that a whole range of new technologies to be used to achieve the production goals. In this context appear the process controllers, today essential for an industrial plant to operate efficiently and safely. For the process controllers operate significantly, it is necessary that its characteristic parameters to be properly dimensioned, as well as the parameters of the grid itself. The aim of this paper is to identify the parameters of a grid of a mixing process of the plant through a differential evolution algorithm. The work is carried out in a mixing process in which the temperature curve is characterized as a response to a step input. From data collected from an industrial didactic plant, this paper presents a way to identify the parameters of a mixture grid through the use of an evolutionary algorithm differential and its simultaneous implementation in Matlab and Simulink®.
