This paper proposes the analysis of the most widespread power methods, the classic method, the Budeanu method and more recently the IEEE 1459-2010 in order to compare and analyze the results concerning conditions of voltage waves and non-sinusoidal currents, which are found increasingly on current days in homes, companies, etc. Therefore, the purpose is analyzing the power method results and make a quantitative comparison of possible diversion in the measurement performed by these methods if applied to electric energy billing measurer. The development of this paper was carried out through laboratory measurements, acquired by DAQ and oscilloscope and calculations using the methodologies described above. As a result, it was observed that as the classical method does not contemplate in its calculations the harmonic part of the system under analysis, its results are less satisfactory when compared to the other two methods of Budeanu and IEEE 1459-2010 power analysis. It is also noted that the diagnosis made through the IEEE 1459 method has a much more detailed analysis of the system having a better understanding. |
