Resumo: This paper is a study and the proposal of new techniques, such as D-stable region and the left side region of 𝛾, that use linear matrix inequalities to perform the placement in open-loop of dynamic systems’ zeros which somehow interfere the closed loop response to reach their design requirements, such as overshoot percentage and establishment time. Therefore, an open-loop allocator is designed to be added to the plant through the input and output matrices, improving the closedloop dynamic system response in conjunction with a statel feedback gain. Through this technique, will be possible to find new zeros positions to be placed. At the end, simulations are performed with four different dynamic systems in order to illustrate the efficiency of the techniques applied.
