Resumo: |
Was present a study of the principal hydroelectric turbines, also the principal technology of 3D print. When choosing the Pelton turbine with the focus, was present a study of scaling, prototyping and assembly, considering efforts of the water force and cargo loss, producing simulations of flow and efforts to validate and illustrate the process. For the study of the efforts in the axle was used the Sonderberg’s fatigue concept. Was used the Charles’s Hull rapid prototyping concept with focus in production of a teaching bench to future study of potency, getting with success a functional Pelton turbine even with a lower precision and big necessity of post-processing in the parts. |
