In this work, it is proposed a didactic workbench building for a losses study in a rolling bearings. There are questions related to the vibration area and their types, phenomena that involve in its virtue and factors that initiate failures in this rotating component. In this way, the importance of predictive maintenance, in today's industries, is taken into account in order to reduce unexpected machine downtime. This guarantees a longer equipment life and, consequently, a greater profits to the company that applies. As a result of this project, it is demonstrated which methodologies and variables should be analyzed to choose the machine elements, demonstrating in this way which items were bonded and their respective functions. |
