In this work, the use and occupation of current and future land was analyzed, considering the maximum occupation allowed by the government, of the sub-basin area of the Rio Ligeiro, where the Bonatto neighborhood is located, in the southeastern region of the municipality of Pato Branco - PR. The grassed areas, Permanent Preservation Areas, forests, plantations, permeable and impermeable urban areas were vectorized under a satellite image from Bing Maps. The Curve Number (CN) was calculated, a parameter that indicates runoff, the percentage of impermeable area, the time of concentration of the sub-basin, the intensity of the project rainfall based on a return period of 25, 50 and 100 years, and the hydrological simulation was performed using the HEC-HMS software. Then, the main river channel was vectored, the sections were created, the TIN surface (Triangular Irregular Network), and the set was exported to the HEC-RAS software. The values obtained in the hydrological simulation, along with the topography, rivers and sections were used in the hydrodynamic simulation. As a result, the Bonatto neighborhood area was flooded, as well as the lowlands, which often suffer from flooding. Os alagamentos se tornaram um problema frequente nas cidades densamente urbanizadas, dessa forma, faz-se necessário o estudo das áreas suscetíveis à inundações e dos fatores que contribuem para tal. Neste trabalho analisou-se o uso e ocupação do solo atual e futuro, considerando a máxima ocupação permitida pelo poder público, da área da sub-bacia do Rio Ligeiro, onde se localiza o bairro Bonatto, na região sudeste do município de Pato Branco – PR. Foram vetorizadas sob uma imagem de satélite do Bing Maps as áreas gramadas, Áreas de Preservação Permanente, de matas, de plantio, áreas urbanas permeáveis e impermeáveis. Calculou-se o Curve Number(CN), parâmetro que indica o escoamento superficial, a porcentagem da área impermeável, o tempo de concentração da sub-bacia, a intensidade das chuvas de projeto com base num período de retorno de 25, 50 e 100 anos, e realizou-se a simulação hidrológica no software HEC-HMS. Em seguida, vetorizou-se o canal do rio principal, criaram-se as seções, a superfície TIN (Triangular Irregular Network), e o conjunto foi exportado ao software HEC-RAS. Os valores obtidos na simulação hidrológica, junto à topografia, rios e seções foram usados na simulação hidrodinâmica.
