Resumo: Trusses are metal structures commonly used in various lift applications. Your analysis of a trellis is essential to properly consider the conditions in which structures are found. In the present work the finite element method is used through simulations to perform a structural analysis of four basic trellis models to be used on the roof of a shed in the city of Cornélio Procópio (Fink, Pratt, Howe, Warren). It was presented the material to be used, the trusses to be studied, parameters of obtaining the load, concepts of tension and finite elements. He elaborated in sequence the base plant and the models that will be studied, defined the contour conditions, support reactions and profile used for analysis. It studies on the force generated by the weights of the structure and coverage and in sequence of the load conditions generated by the wind forces. From all the defined conditions, the simulations of the models under study were obtained a satisfactory result for each object of study. The simulations allowed to observe the tension in each element to present a clear conclusion about the objective of the work.
