Training is about capacitating professionals, oriented towards a specific learning, for the development of skills and improvement in a specific function or activity. In this sense, the goal of this research is to develop and apply a training in Financial Education for the members of the Production Engeneering Junior Company of UTFPR Campus Londrina, in order to promote a change in mentality and behavior in relation to money, as well as bringing knowledge that helps to choose good investments. Methodologically, it is an ActionResearch, with an explanatory objective, of a qualitative nature. The research was structured in four stages: theoretical foundation on training techniques, training planning, project execution and result analysis. About the obtained results, the participants have acquired greater depth and knowledge in the subject of financial education. The overall level of satisfaction on the training was 86.7%. |
