Resumo: The use of soil correctives and fertilizers are fundamentals in soils of tropical and subtropical regions. Lime, which is used on acid soils, and poultry litter, which is a type of organic waste, are low-cost alternatives and promote soil chemical alterations. Not always are observed alterations on soil physics with the application of these products. The objective of this study was to measure the effects of lime and poultry litter on the soil's physical attributes, in a long-term test. The experimental design applied was of random blocks with subdivided parcels. On the main parcels were applied four doses of dolomitic limestone (0, 2, 4 and 8 Mg ha-1), in 2015; the sub parcels were receiving four doses of poultry litter (0, 4, 8 and 12 Mg ha-1), moist base, annually applied, since 2011. On the crop-year 2019/2020, before the soy seeding, were collected undisturbed samples (volumetric rings) between the layers of 0-5 and 5-10 cm for bulk density (Ds), total porosity (Pt), macroporosity (Mac) and microporosity (Mic) evaluations and soil slices to conduct the Visual Evaluation of Soil Structure (VESS). The highest dose of lime applied has risen the Ds and reduced the Pt and influenced the soil physical attributes analyzed. Either lime or the poultry litter applications didn't promote any alterations in the VESS, whose average result was Qe 2.22; rated as of good structural quality.
