This work presents a study based on the table of visual signs and laboratory tests, this table was defined by the Latin American Institute of Sepsis (ILAS), based on hundreds of scientific articles. From this table, an alert algorithm was created, which signals the possibility of sepsis in children and adolescents. The result generated from this algorithm has low accuracy and the proposal is to obtain from all patients who at some point were part of the alert, whether it is positive or negative, collect the signals identified by the ILAS table of these patients and data science, analyzing the data with the decision tree algorithm. |
