The main aim of this work is the study, project and implementation of an AC inductor. First of all, theoretical studies have been done on AC inductors, its operation, parts and equivalent circuit. Then, an algorithm was develope.d for the dimensioning and calculation of an inductor with EI-shaped iron-core. Subsequently, after defining the project parameters and choosing the mounting method, the silicon steel core inductor EI was implemented. After mounting the prototype, laboratory tests and experiments have been performed to verify the appropriate functioning of the inductor. During this work, analyzes and discussions have been done about the experimentally obtained results. Finally, the predicted conclusions were presented and it was possible to verify the expected operation of the inductor. |
