Currently, there is a great need in the laboratories of teaching and research institutions to get closer to what will be found by the student outside the university environment in order to speed up the student's development. This system, so well-known in companies, can also be applied in the academic environment, making the results of researches more reliable. This work aims to prepare the documents for structuring a quality management system (QMS) in the Mechanical Testing Laboratory of UTFPR campus Pato Branco, using primarily the methodology described by ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. In order to ensure the quality of the information obtained and formalize the requirements of the proposed system, it was adopted the elaboration of a Quality Manual (MQ), in which it contains the model form for records of documents and tests, the operational procedures of the equipment and the model for record their information, made available on site. Relationships between the items of the standards were established, the additional requirements and necessary adaptations in the management system were identified and analyzed. At this time, it is recommended to insert the Manual in the Teaching and Research Laboratory, and further improvement according to the needs observed. |
