Resumo: Conditioning Air projects requires a complete and accurate research about the thermal loads of the conditioning space. For this, there are some capable softwares to calculate the thermal loads. This work presents a comparison between the results obtained by PRO-Ar condicionado, version 10, developed by MULTIPLUS and Revit® 2020.2, developed by Autodesk in the calculation of thermal loads as a way to enable the use of Revit® as the main tool for sizing of thermal load. Based on a project previously sized by PRO-Air conditioning carried out, a thermal simulation was carried out in Revit® and calculations in an Excel spreadsheet based on the NBR ABNT 16401: 2008 Parts 1,2 and 3 standards. Thus, it was possible to perform a comparative analysis between both software and define a margin of error that makes the use of Revit® feasible.
