Resumo: The present work aims at the elaboration of a systematization in the form of flowcharts in the spreadsheet model to systematize the process of adaptation of a condensate tank (pressure vessel) in the plant of a specific Sugar cane mill with ethanol production. It was necessary to have a better understanding about pressure vessels and mainly about the standards that cover these equipments. The main focus was on NR-13 because it is the standard that aims to inspect and assign parameters for this equipment in the national territory. The systematization took place through the preparation of two documents with spreadsheet formats, the first containing a flowchart with pillars that were defined from NR-13 to cover the entire standard, with the purpose of maintaining greater and better control over the information of the pressure vessels of the Industrial plant. The second was the systematization itself, which also presented a flowchart following a product development methodology. Finally, the control document guaranteed a greater organization, control and ease in the handling of the information from the pressure vessels ensuring greater compliance with NR-13, avoiding work accidents and financial losses, while the systematization document certified a logical path for the adaptation of a new condensate tank, resulting in time savings and avoiding complications during the process.
