Resumo: A recurring problem in a industrial plant is the unbalance of rotating machines. If left unchecked, may cause serious risks to production stoppage, loss of income, machine breakdown and even damage to the operator. Considering this vibration, the ISO 2372 standard was created to balancing establishing accepted levels of vibration without loss of yield. If the vibration is outside of acceptable ranges, correction methods for reduction the desired limits is necessary. Given this importance, the present work aims to study and validate two methods to perform balancing, " the four run balancing without phase" and "Influence Coefficients Method" and simulate them computationally. We conclude that the simulation result was similar to the Autocad, reducing the vibration considerably of the bench in a much shorter time. Finally, some suggestions were made to increase the scope of the program.
