A company currently inserted in the labor market, regardless of size, search engine optimization costs and increase profit. This work aims to show the reality of “A” company, company is small, but search through current methods for planning and organizing the best results. It was found that the proposed improvements do not require large investments , such as checking for faults in the production process , integrated information system , purchasing and inventory control of raw materials or lower production costs with own production of holes in plates which reduces the of others. Through analysis we find that the administration of companies of different sizes, has shown levels of demand increasing, even now being familiar ( small ) degree of commitment of those involved have to be redoubled. Only with a daily schedule in the production process, there was a 60% reduction in raw material wasted, and the improvement project going into practice the trend of reductions and increase in earnings is significant. |
